Night Photography - meet at the Triangle, Clevedon 7.30pm - if bad weather Macro/tabletop at St Peters church Hall

15 February - Photoshop session

Please let us now if there is anything in particular you would like covered.

1 March - 1st round of the internal competition - Subject:  OPPOSITES

Things that contradict each other, negate each other or are generally contrasting in nature.  It could be a scale thing such as an ant on an elephants trunk (there's a challenge for you), something more abstract such as a tramp getting into a Rolls Royce, or it could simply be using opposite colours such as black and white in a way that makes a strong contrasting statement/

15 March - WCPF Travelling folio

Each year many hundreds of photgraphs are entered into the members exhibition - as a result a large number of good images do not make it.  This folio consists of 'the best of the rest' approx 100 prints, each worthy of looking at.

29 March - DPIC 2010 images

This is an evening looking at the images shown at the Digitally Projected image competition held in February and features the work of most of the clubs in the South West, normally in excess of 40 clubs each including Clevedon, submitting 25 images.

14 April - Practical session - details to follow

10 May - 2nd round of the internal competition - subject:  WEAR AND TEAR

This one is about the items we use and how they get worn down and broken. It could be anything from a scrapyard to a piece of paper that's got wet in the rain. Its about the way things get altered in possibly unexpected ways, or maybe in very preictable ways such as the letters of a keyboard getting worn away. It could be marks left on a road by a skidding car.

24 May - Practical session - out and about with our cameras

Out and about in the near the club room taking shots and then back to the club room for coffee and to review some of the images taken.
